How do I reset Juno account, If I forgot my password?
You can recover customers lost password just by following few steps that are given here.
For your kind information, I would like to tell you that the given steps are effective in retrieving a hacked password.
1. Open the log in window
2. Go to the my account tab
3. Find the icon - I forgot my password
4. Click on it and move the recovery process
5. Answer the security questions
6. Get the account password back
· Step 1: First of all, open your Juno email account and go to the Forgot Password page.
· Step 2: Now, click on the Password.
· Step 3: After that, enter your email address with last name.
· Step 4: Now Click on the Continue.
· Step 5: Now chose the Send me a temporary password, that password will going on to same number, which you enter at the time of account creation.
· Step 6: Enter the received password from your phone.
· Step 7: After that, follow the on-screen instructions to reset your Juno password.
· Step 8: Select I'll answer my security questions, if you are unable to reset by mobile number. Step 9: Next, create a strong new password.
· Step 10: now click on the Continue to complete the process.
