'Mobile Locked' error when logging into Yahoo on a mobile device
One of the many security measures in your account is the "Mobile Locked" error. It appears on the mobile login page every time someone has made several failed attempts to log in to their Yahoo ID using a mobile device. Resolving the error is easy: just log in to your Yahoo ID from a computer.
- On a desktop computer, go to the Yahoo login page.
- If you are already logged in, click on Isn't this?
- Enter your Yahoo ID and password.
- Click Login.
- Sign in to your Yahoo ID using your mobile device.
