How to Recover a Forgotten GMX Mail Password?

To recover a GMX email account after forgetting the password:-

Step 1:- Go to the GMX Mail Password Recovery Wizard page.

Step 2:- Enter your GMX Mail email address under the GMX email address.

Step 3:- Write the random letters are shown in Verification.

Step 4:- Click on Continue

Step 5:- If you have a secondary email address configured in GMX Mail:

  •          Click Continue below the contact email address.
  •          Open the requested Password link from service@gmx.com in your secondary email account.
  •          Follow the link to the password reset page in that email.
  •        Enter your GMX Mail email address under the email address.
  •         Click on Continue

Step 6:- If you have a security question that you can answer:

  •          Click Continue under via security question.
  •          Enter the answer to your security question.
  •         Click on Send

Step 7:- Enter your new desired GMX email password both in Enter a new password and Re-enter the new password.

  •          Be sure to choose a secure password that you can still remember.
  •          Click on save the new password.
