Solve problems with your photo book

You have 60 minutes after your order to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address.

If you have a problem with your photo book, you can contact us within 30 days after purchase.

Change or cancel your order

To change the shipping address or photo book, you must cancel the order and buy the photo book again.

You have 60 minutes after buying a photo book to cancel your order.

Cancel:

  1. On your computer, open photos.google.com.
  2. Click Go to Google Photos.
  3. Sign in to your Google account.
  4. On the left, click on photo books.
  5. Under "Previous orders," select a photo book.
  6. To cancel an order, click Cancel order.

Check your PDF for differences

To make sure you did not send your photo book order with problems, check the PDF of your photo book.

We may not be able to help you if your PDF photo book has certain problems, such as:

  1. No title or wrong title
  2. Photos or cover incorrectly cropped
  3. Missing, duplicate or out of order pages
  4. Photos marked as low resolution before purchase

To view and download the PDF:

  1. On your computer, open photos.google.com.
  2. Sign in to your Google account.
  3. On the left, click on photo books.
  4. Under "Previous orders," select a photo book.
  5. Click Download PDF of the book.

If there are problems in your photo book that are not in your PDF, contact Google photos for further help. 

Check delivery dates

Photo books are only delivered within the estimated delivery dates. If you want to know when your photo book should arrive, check the tracking information and the estimated delivery date.

  1. On your computer, open photos.google.com.
  2. Sign in to your Google account.
  3. On the left, click on photo books.
  4. Under "Previous orders," select a photo book.
  5. In "Order Information", find your tracking number and estimated delivery.

If your photo book never arrived and is beyond the estimated delivery range, use the section below to find out how to contact Google photos.

Report a damaged photo book

You must contact us if you received a damaged photo book. Damages include ink stains, torn pages, shipping-related damage or any other physical defect.

To contact Google Photos:

  1. On your computer, open photos.google.com.
  2. Sign in to your Google account.
  3. On the left, click on photo books.
  4. Under "Previous orders", select the photo book you wish to contact us about.
  5. On the details page, click Contact Support.
