Part 1: Why is your Snapchat account blocked?

Before you can unlock your account, you should know why Snapchat is blocking your account. There are 4 possible reasons why a Snapchat account could crash.

Reason 1: Change birthday on Snapchat

Snapchat only allows you to change your birthday by a time limit. If you change the date of birth too many times in Snapchat, your account may be blocked. In addition, Snapchat is limited to children over 13 years of age. If you accidentally change your birth date to 12 years or less, you may also be left out of Snapchat.

Reason 2: use an application, add-on, or third-party setting with Snapchat
