Recover lost or deleted emails
If any of your emails have been deleted or disappeared in the last 7 days, you can send a restore request and we will do our best to try to recover your lost messages.
Consider the following:
- Restore requests cannot be canceled.
- Restorations are not always successful.
- Messages can only be restored if they are lost or deleted in the last 7 days, regardless of when they were originally received.
- Successfully retrieved messages are re-added to the same folder they were in during the period of time you selected to restore. Check your Trash folder if you cannot find them after the restoration is complete.
